When present tenses have future meaning

A lot of learners believe that “will” can be applied to express any future action or event, but it is not true. In this webinar we are going to look at some cases when the present simple and the present continuous tenses can be used to speak about the future.

You will learn how to describe:

  • planned future events and arrangements;
  • scheduled events and timetables;
  • plans and intentions;
  • wishes, hopes, desires and expectations;
  • actions with time clauses;
  • actions with conditional clauses.

The webinar is 100% in English.

Recommended level – B1+ (pre-intermediate and intermediate).
